Gulf Coast Bank staff have met all of our banking needs. Especially Carol Garcia who has handled our mom's and our banking services from the beginning. Very few people would go above and beyond as GC Veterans location staff and associates. Highly recommend them for you banking and financial services.
Did not like how the lady from the fraud department talk to me and belittled me like I was the hacker. I feel like I was the one being interrogated, when my account was hacked I'm the one that lost all my money. The lady treated me like I was the criminal instead of acting more professional and and remember I'm your customer. I don't think I've ever been talked to like this from anybody that worked in the public let alone a bank. And this is our fraud team. The people that supposed to protect us!
When i opened this account at Gulf Coast it was just so i could rent a car, because the credit union wouldnt let me rent one with my debit card. IM SO GLAD I DID!!! The staff at the Harahan office is absolutely amazing... best decision I could have made...
Carol was very easy to work with and very accommodating in setting up a new CD.
