No ATM for walk ins. Wasp problem at drive up as of Aug 28. Customer service is poor. You get lots of "I don't knows". Lance was great but I think he moved on. Debits are early, credits are painfully slow. If you can choose another bank, do so.
Two available ATMs on the entire Westbank, one of which is constantly out of service. Customer Service rarely returns a phone call and the wait time is very long in the building and drive through.
