Only giving one star in order to review. Very "weird" experience, and that's being nice about it. Opened my account online, which was fairly easy, but when I went into the branch to make a deposit, the vibe seemed ....off. The lady who initially greeted me seemed sincere and willing to help. It was great working with someone who was as knowledgeable as Ivette was. She made a normally stressful situation nearly worry free.
Just went in and it was raining so I wore a hoodie and they told me to take it off I have id and proper information to open account I took it off and they give me the weirdest maddest looks ever. Will not be banking with them ever. The bank tellers were really sweet but the person opening up my account was mad weird. Okay update Donavin Estrella was his name NMLS# 2564545 Also he gave me misinformation on W4 and W2 paperwork and was not willing to work with me.
