Terrible customer service for my commercial loan. Had questions and was getting bogus answers. I got more information from competitors when shopping for a refinance than what I got from Gulf Coast.
Ivette was an amazing resource to have to guide us through the process of being first time home buyers. She took the time to answer all of my questions and explain each step and piece of the process to me thoroughly. She worked so efficiently to have our loan approved very fast. I would recommend her to anyone buying their first home.

Only giving one star in order to review. Very "weird" experience, and that's being nice about it. Opened my account online, which was fairly easy, but when I went into the branch to make a deposit, the vibe seemed ....off. The lady who initially greeted me seemed sincere and willing to help. The lady whom she referred my questions to seemed annoyed and acted as if we were interrupting her day and didn’t seem happy to talk to either of us. I went back on 02/03/25 to get a debit card.
