Not very accommodating to process deposit transactions when depended on immediately , also had fraud on my debit card in the past and was charged a fee to replace card instantly or wait for one to come in the mail for no fee when you depend on a debit card for most purchases. I feel that customer service could be improved
I would never bank with this youngsville bank. We walked politely across the parking lot to avoid the crowd for Mardi Gras and a woman screamed at my 13&14 year old boys in there face almost touching them to remove themselves from the private property. We never stopped and walked straight across and she followed in our face. She called me a bitc.. and smelled nothing but alcohol.
