Outstanding service! Dave is wonderful! Fixed the issue in the RAIN, and explained every detail while he was doing it. Can’t say enough good things about this man or this company. Definitely 5 stars!
**NEW REVIEW** (see below)At first when i called at 9:00am, the office seemed hesitant about getting someone out to my residence (only because of the inclement weather) which i understood. The nice woman whom i spoke with assured me that they would make it happen. Sure enough around 11:00am Logan called and said he was ten minutes out. Phew, i was very concerned about my aerobic system backing up into my home. Logan arrived at my house and called me while i was at work and informed me of how my system worked and what issues ... read more
Fast response and very professional. I would highly recommend these folks.
Went to there location on Hwy 6. Spoke with a young lady about my sceptic system. She did take all my contact and location information. Waited two days never got a call. I called the office and talked to another young lady and gave her my contact info again. Another two days later never got one call. I guess they have more business than they can handle.
