terrible service, came in to see what I could get for my guitar and the guy I talked to seemed to be in a rush, so much as he saw the guitar for 2 seconds and said no, said he couldn't even figure out the brand even though he didn't ask me nor did be bother to look at the neck of the guitar which happened to have the name brand on it.
it’s a very good store. It’s one of the largest ones in the United States. The techs there. are good I’ve done a lot of different pick up installs there. Both techs are great. Dallas is really cool. and good tech you won’t get ripped off or burned here…good work decent price
