Jeff at Guisborough Mortgage Centre is an absolute legend; my income stream is really complex; a blend of freelance, salaried, and widow's pensions. He managed to unravel and communicate all of this to the lenders, who weren't the easiest to deal with, and did it with patience and professional skill.
