Unreliable. Won't recommend. Met with me and took my case during which he hinted so many strategies at winning the matter, which involved essentially fraud/ scam. After filing the case, the defense brought a counter claim. Suddenly, this attorney called me and said that he had never seen anything like that before. What?. To complete this review, I am required to leave a star. However, if there was an option for 0 stars, I would use it. This was the worst experience of my life. Mr. Pesant portrays himself as someone he is not. The moment he received push back from the opposing counsel his advice was to take the deal and settle. Not someone you want defending you. He charged a 3,000 retainer fee and used only 1,300. Then had his assistant claim it was all used. His unwillingness to work my case and settle was unbelievable. I ended up firing hi... read more

El peor consejo que he recibido en mi vida, declararme en bankarota, aconsejado por el abogado Guillermo Peasant, resultados pesimos en mi vida, no puedo rentar un apt. en vez de decirme es bueno para quitarte las deudas pero los resultados son pesimos al final. Ir a su oficina para una consulta y llevarme a al capitulo 7. No hay conciencia solo el dinero.
