My mother has been a resident a few years now and I'm happy to say that the staff are caring and kind. In particular I am very grateful to Bridget Cowle who has gone above and beyond to ensure that I have video chats which has been my main form of communication as I live in the UK . Many thanks to all the staff for their support and patience.
We lost our beautiful phillip today. The staff were amazing, kept phil comfortable and comforted Jo and myself. The care Phil reveived was proffesional, caring and respectful. Thank you from us Niepce family.
