Very friendly and courteous staff. They were also so informative and helpful.
Trying to figure out property tax can be very worrisome but guilford county tax has a shining star, Michelle neighbors is always so helpful and I’m very thankful for her helping me and answering all my questions. Five stars in my book.
When I worked as a government employee years ago, every taxpayer who walked in the door, I considered my employer. That is not the case with Guilford County. I think their employees could use a refresher course on delivering good customer service. Though my experience was fine, I felt that the employee with whom I interacted was rude and discourteous to other taxpayers.
The rudest people I’ve ever met my entire life. Honestly, if these are the people that are in charge of decision, we should probably not have a legal system.
