When I worked as a government employee years ago, every taxpayer who walked in the door, I considered my employer. That is not the case with Guilford County. I think their employees could use a refresher course on delivering good customer service. Though my experience was fine, I felt that the employee with whom I interacted was rude and discourteous to other taxpayers.
The rudest people I’ve ever met my entire life. Honestly, if these are the people that are in charge of decision, we should probably not have a legal system.
I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I found the customer service to be unhelpful and even threatening, especially over a small balance. The taxes keep increasing every year, and the fees are outrageous, making my bill climb higher and higher. When I reached out for assistance, the staff was cold and rude, which only added to my frustration. I expected a more understanding approach to resolving my issues. Overall, I am very unsatisfied and would not recommend this service.
