My family member has been at Guildford Seniors Village for almost 5 years. He is not mobile and non verbal. The reception staff are always welcoming, and the care staff, recreation staff, volunteers, housekeeping staff, dietician and social worker work together as a team to provide outstanding care. Not only do they provide care to the residents, but also demonstrate true compassion to the family. My sibling and I greatly appreciate the care and professionalism of the staff, and the facility that feels more homelike and well-maintained than many. Staff have been very attentive, skilled, and patient, and have been very supportive of our close relative’s wellbeing through a difficult time, helping him adjust and navigate many medical appointments.
