This is a great quilt shop with a terrific selection of fabrics and anything else you need. When you ask for help, they will assist you in so many ways. Most quilters would rather be left alone to brainstorm or be inspired by what they see. But having knowledgeable clerks at the shop is good too. Keep up the good work.
Horrible customer service, will never visit again – I am giving this shop 1 star simply because giving it none is not an option. I have visited this shop several times now, and find it to contain the most unfriendly and unhelpful shopkeepers I have ever met. Both times I have come in with questions and hoping to buy materials, and both times I have been completely ignored and/or practically insulted by the staff. Great sample quilts, great selection – new location (address in listing is incorrect) is bright and beautiful; helpful, friendly staff, best fabric selection in the area!
Shop online instead – This store does not cater to new quilters or new customers in general. Poor customer service...the worst I've dealt with in a long time. Are quick to take your money but will not let you participate in the incentive program if they don't deem you a frequent shopper - the rules of their program change every time I visit. They have a good selection of items but it's not worth the hassle. Try a reputable online dealer instead. I will not be returning to this store.
