Vickie went above and beyond! She took me by the hand and never made me feel inferior in the process. She kept me informed along each and every step along the way. Vickie was so nice even when I was asking her a hundred questions, or repeating things she had previously answered. Vickie's PR Skills are top notch! I NEVER felt like just a number, as I did with another lending institution - that I could not contact after business hours, or on weekends.
