Outstanding service and professionalism! I really enjoy working with this efficient and friendly team. I was pushing pretty hard to close early and they never missed a beat. They not only got the early closure, but the rate came in .25 better than expected. So well done! This is the second unusual banking requirement they have satisfied for me. The other one was refused by 4 different banks because the property was a bit atypical. Others automatically say no. Guild says yes, we can.
