Please do not waste your time with these people. We decided to go with Guild because they were actually the first to respond to us. That's about all they did. They ask us for document after document--all in total of 105 documents to them and they continued to need more information. My credit score of 710 and 185 thousand a year income was not enough. The loan officer never called us with anything and when I called her she would responded with "I let you know in 1 to 2 business days." Or, "she's not here again today".
