The staff at Guild including Susy Lamborn and Marygrace Armillay were very professional, courteous, informative and helpful through this whole process. The both communicated quickly and answered my questions clearly. Tim Hidell also worked closely with me to get an interest rate that worked with my budget. Although this mortgage was a little complex, the entire process went smoothly. I am very pleased that I worked with Guild on my mortgage.
