Working with Teddy was flawless from beginning to end, and he made this otherwise stressful process easy. He worked really hard to get us the lowest rate possible, even as rates were starting to climb, and that rate never changed. He was professional, organized, and efficient and never left us wondering or waiting on answers, information or decisions, as he was extremely communicative. He worked harder than we did, and we will be back when we buy our next house.
