Steph Thomasson was exceptional throughout the home buying process. She demonstrated a strong attention to detail. She walked us through comparing competitors loan offers identifying the pro/cons of each offer. Steph also arranged to have Guild match competing offers. She is an effective communicator and made sure we were kept informed of each step until closing. We are very pleased with Steph and Guild and wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again.

Steph Thompson is amazing! Returned all calls and emails promptly and professionally, was always very helpful, even with my repeat and I am sure annoying questions :). Best loan officer we have ever worked with, and we've done this more than a few times, absolutely cannot recommend highly enough. If you get Steph as your representative just know she will be there for any and all correspondence, calls, etc. Just terrific.
