There is no better loan officer out there. For years we have been trying to buy a house, and for year she fought with every avenue she had to finally get us approved. Also, not just approved but in the house with 0 money down. She showed what we needed to do to not just get a house. But a house at a great rate and little to nothing out of pocket, allowing us a lateral movement from renting to owning. No one is better than Stacy.

Stacey Olivarez is my GOTO! She has helped many of my past client's with the purchase of their home and has always been professional and caring while doing it! Stacey is a fantastic communicator which makes my job as the realtor for our client's so much easier and smooth! When anything does come up, let's say a curve ball for example, Stacey hits a HOMERUN every time! I highly recommend her to all my client's. She is an asset to Guild Mortgage that is for sure!
