Wow! I would give Shannon Coombs 10 stars if I could. She always follows up with me the Realtor and our Buyers. Just recently our buyers went to Richmond American, a builder for a new home. The builder tried to entice our buyers over to their preferred lender. However, their preferred lender was not able to qualify the buyer, who was already pre-approved through Shannon at Guild Mortgage. So Shannon stepped back in to save the day.
