TLDR: Lied to about time frame to close and reimbursement of fees. Recently used this branch for a renovation loan. We decided to forgo our local lender that was offering a better rate after being told that Guild could close in a much quicker time frame. We were in a rush to close due to our contractor having an opening in August, and not having another opening to start until late October.
