This was my first time buying a home so I knew very little about the process. Ron was very patient with me and all my questions - even when I asked the same question multiple times. The system was very user friendly and does a great job at keeping the buyer updated with where you are in the process. Seamless, I had not one complaint throughout, would 100% recommend using Guild and will contact in any future home buying needs.
