We have used Guild Mortgage in Minden Nevada twice once for buying our home and again to refinance at a lower interest rate. The staff at Guild provides exceptional service. Brandy always kept us informed of where we were in the process and answered all of our questions. I would not go anywhere else for our mortgage needs.

Working with Brandy at Guild was amazing. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Brandy really took the time to explain everything we were doing and kept us up to date weekly thru the entire process. No question or concern was to small. She made a very overwhelming experience really enjoyable.

Please do not waste your time with these people. We decided to go with Guild because they were actually the first to respond to us. That's about all they did. They ask us for document after document--all in total of 105 documents to them and they continued to need more information. My credit score of 710 and 185 thousand a year income was not enough. The loan officer never called us with anything and when I called her she would responded with "I let you know in 1 to 2 business days." Or, "she's not here again today".

Karen is absolutely amazing. Hardest working woman I know!! Beth is the sweetest and so helpful, they are both so pleasant to work with. They have helped resolved any problem I have had when it comes to mortgage, insurance, escrow, usda really I recommend them to everyone I know!!!

We have obtained two home loans through Astrid Oliver and have had great experiences both times.
