I worked with loan officer Rick Ervin at Guild Mortgage and I would not recommend him to anyone. In the very beginning he was extremely responsive – quick texts, quick calls, very eager to get my documents and get me locked into the loan. I was preapproved for a no–down payment loan with DPA, and my understanding from him was that I would not need money down based on the numbers he originally presented to me.
