RENE SAVED THE DAY!!!!! My last lender preapproved me for a house. I picked a house well below the preapproved amount. Then a week later my lender said I wasn't approved and would need to pull out 8-10K immediately. Obviously I was disappointed that I went through all that trouble to tour houses just for the lender not to approve me. So I decided to give Rene a shot.
