Rebecca was the most personable loan officer I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish her communication was top notch. She was ALWAYS available and returned calls quickly. Mix that with Guild’s automated emails sent out every step of the way and I always felt like I was in the know. It was a very smooth and convenient process. I will most definitely use Rebecca when I’m ready to refinance.
Rebecca was amazing! i had a horrible previous experience with an out of state lender, but i can easily say this was nothing like that transaction! She was so responsive, polite, and on top of every detail! Will be using her again!
