Everything was smooth and the loan officer made sure I did understood every single documents I was signing and lastly he was respectful nice and the process was smooth. I'm very satisfied. What I liked the most also was he always available at anytime even if he doesn't have the answer on spot he'll make sure the next day he answers your need and at your pace to fully understand every bit of the words and documents.
