Today, Michael Thayer spent over TWO hours to educate me on lending and how mortgage rates work via video call. He was very knowledgeable and helpful; he shared his screen and went over many things and useful tips. Make no mistake, applying for a home loan is a complex and exhausting process, but Michael, his team and the Guild portal made things as easy as they possibly could. I've been fortunate enough to have gone through this process a few times and I can honestly say this one was the best experience.
