I worked with Melanie and her team when they were under the Academy brand before the Guild acquisition and everything was smooth. Pulled off a same day close so we could move from house to house. Now its 2.5 years later and the rates are much better so we approached her again for a refinance. Even easier this time since they already had all our personal info on file.
Melanie was fast, honest, and even gave advise on some home insurance isses. That just showed she cares about the customers and not just making money.
Melanie was very easy to communicate with. She explained things in terms that were easy to understand. Guild made the process for being a first time home buyer easy.
Melanie & Amy are very knowledgeable in what they do and were able to answer any questions I had in a timely manner. I really appreciated the simplified loan breakdown provided to me so I was able to see exactly how much my monthly payments & the down payment would be.
