Mark was incredibly helpful throughout the process. It took a long, long time for me to find a house and he was there from beginning to end, working with me and my realtors to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. He helped me get a great rate, he helped me think through the advantages and disadvantages of increasing my downpayment vs buying point, and everyone in his office was kind and responsive. I am a realtor and had the opportunity to work with Mark and his team for the first time recently. My experience was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! Mark is very knowledgeable, personable, and helped every step of the way.
