Our loan officer, Mark, was phenomenal! He always got back to us promptly and fully addressed any questions or concerns we brought up. As first-time homebuyers we walked into our first meeting with a ton of questions, and Mark was genuinely excited to share his knowledge with us and stayed late until he'd answered all of them. Mark Anderson did an excellent job for the entire process from getting a rate to closing on our home. He was extremely communicative, professional, and pleasant, and helped us with many questions along the way.
