We chose Lori Sinor and Guild Mortgage at our realtor's recommendation. She advised that some large banks were difficult to work with, especially if a home purchase had any hiccups. We shopped rates and found that Guild was slightly more expensive than some of the cheapest ones available, but not a lot more. We went with Guild anyway, and that ended up being a great decision.
