Laura went above and beyond what most officers would do. Our sitution was very complex and we really had no one to help us ( we did not have a buyers agents.) There were so many issues from the start and she really spent SO much ( extra) time supporting us as we navigated a scary process ( and made it much less scary) She treated us like REALLY IMPORTANT clients- in fact, I would also say- she treated us better than than "clients"- she treated us like family. Truly.
