We had an amazing experience! I fully expected a stressful experience, since that’s what I had always heard from others about buying and financing a house. However, Kelly made the financing process so smooth and easy. Even though we backed out of a couple of deals early on, she worked tirelessly behind the scenes with our realtor to keep everything on track. Her communication was excellent, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient loan officer!
Kelly was very easy to work with and was available anytime I had a question. Not an ideal time to refinance a house but she made it as painless as she could and help me take care of the situation I was in. I appreciate her hard work and dedication to her job.
