From the start, she provides you with her website which is an easy and efficient way to submit paper work and all communication is there for reference. Kathy did a great job with my home buying experience. It went quick and it was easy. Kathy also explained everything very well so I could understand everything to the fullest. She always answered all my questions no matter what time of day.
Kathy worked to find us the best loan based on our budget. She was transparent through the whole process. The online system used to upload documents and keep updated on the progress of the loan was user-friendly and cool to check on where we were at in the process. Kathy and Jenna are friendly and professional and made the experience stress-free. We'll be back to refinance when rates drop. They're a great team!
