Did business with James Nesbit as Academy Mortgage before they merged. They immediately (like withiin days of closing) sold my loan before I could do a recast with the proceeds from my house sale, causing no end of hassle dealing with an online-only mortgage company that was involved in extensive litigation (Freedom Mortage). Also terribly confusing to be receiving bills from multiple mortgage companies at the same time.
