The whole Guild team is great and Eric is the cherry on top! Great communication, honest, and always ready to answer a phone call.
Working with the team was a great experience. My wife and I were able to get everything that was needed for the house done before moving in.
I could not recommend Eric and Katie more! They were both super attentive, quick to respond and made the whole buying process so easy. This is the third home we’ve purchased, and it was the easiest process by far. I would absolutely use them again, although I don’t ever want to move again! Trust them to do the work for you.
