Honestly, the process was very simple and clear thanks to Edy and his team. Without a doubt, it was a unique experience. I thought everything would be much more complicated, but thanks to Edy, the whole process was super fast and easy.
Eddy is easy to work with and he always goes the extra mile. My buyers found a house with a difficult seller whose cooperation was absent during most of the process, but Eddy still closed the deal on the day we wanted to close. The buyers signed that day and it funded the next day! Pretty close to perfect in spite of the circumstances!
