David was very responsive in the beginning of this process. However, after a few phone calls and some hoops to jump through were completed, David disappeared and quit responding completely to any and all phone calls, texts and emails. Great mortgage company will go the extra mile for your loan. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the whole process was. From start to Finnish. They really went out of there way to help me!
