In the process of buying my new home, I approached two other lenders besides Guild. After several conversations with all 3 lenders, I chose Guild. David Jones and his team at Guild were very kind, honest and worked hard to earn my trust. While the two other lenders quickly got me to see that I was just a number. I have referred my family members to Guild when they are ready to purchase a house and I will use Guild for any future needs.
David and his staff did everything they could possibly do to make the process easy and understandable. Thank you for all the help. Oh and BTW the free hat!
