Craig was very consistent with his communication detailing what step in the process I was on and very clear and upfront about what was necessary to move forward with the loan as well as being very efficient and timely with everything that required my signature or input . Craig is very likeable, trustworthy, down to earth, and explains things completely to where anyone can understand what is going on. He also let's you know every possible avenue so we can make the best decisions. The numbers were right and the process was fairly easy to get through. Will definitely recommend over and over again!
