Worst company ever deal with.I was selling my home and at the same time wanted to purchase another one. I contacted Brian from Guild Mortgage. I was approved for $400,000. I found a house for $385,000. Was sent approval letter. I sent in all the paperwork. Received numerous phone calls for over 3 months from 3 different agents all hours of the day and night to send every single paperwork they ask for that had been already sent.
