Hello were told there were special programs. Truth., there wasn’t. Told they will service mortgage through its duration, Another lie. Tacked in last minute service charges. Days before closing at a point we had no choice to proceed or start from scratch. Lesson. Do not believe them. They are a bait and switch outfit,
