My husband and I are interested in refinancing and Amanda with Guild answered our call and explained the process to us. She reviewed our current loan right there on the spot and told us our different options! We will be using Guild to refinance soon!
Awful communication. We bought our home thru them and want to refinance with them but it is impossible to get ahold of this company. You are told that they will respond back to you by that day and weeks go by and no responses to my emails. Do not bother with this company.
Save yourself the headache and careless mistakes and do not pursue this company, especially for a construction loan. There are a few select people on the team I would work with again, but Guild as a company I would not recommend.
