It was a pleasure working with Arbie and Ebonee and , and I gotta say, it was a great experience. They made the whole loan process a lot more easier than I thought it would be. Anytime I had questions, they were there to help. They explained everything clear and simple. I never felt confused or left out. i Would highly recommend Arbie and Ebonee to any homebuyer! Me and my husband were definitely satisfied !
AMAZING customer service! Cannot stop raving about Amy!! She saved our butts when another lender was taking advantage of us. The Money Store raised our closing cost on our VA loan last minute and Guild mortgage came to the rescue! Without them we wouldve been stuck at a hotel for who knows how much longer! Now we are sitting in our home, with our child and dog, without a worry!!! Thank you so much Amy for all of the hard work and personal dedication to our home loan.
After finding out the seller didn’t want to deal with an agent, we were scared. As first time home buyers, we needed someone there. Guild Mortgage was that someone. They gave us tons of information and was constantly answering our questions (some really dumb). We worked with Ebonee and Shannon, who were both absolutely amazing. Our dream to have some acreage on the coast, has come true bc of these folks. I’m so thankful we came across these people!!!
