Will no longer be using them. They change company policy without telling their customers. Do things without permission. Not happy with their service.
Process was great, and they really act like they want to help. But 5 seconds after finishing a loan with them they will sell it to the shadiest company they can to make another buck off of you and then wash their hands of everything and just say "we cant do anything". Custom service ends the minute you walk out their door.
