As a first time home buyer I was recommended Guild Mortgage. I did contact a few others as told, but felt very comfortable & heard with Guild. Kate was amazing & literally answered ANY questions I had at ANY time. She did her best to get me all the info I needed at a timely matter. She even went as far as trying to help me find my home. Cassandra also made the process very easy and led me step by step through the loan process. I would highly recommend barb and her team! It was a very smooth process overall with them.
Barb and Cassandra were awesome. I've been in the market to buy for almost 2 years and finally purchased a property with them as my lender. They're very knowledgeable, keep up to date every day on market/ interest rate changes, and helped me get a really good interest rate with a perfect loan program for my situation. They're very good at what they do, honest, and respond to my emails lighting fast. The loan process was very simple with them and I'm overall very very happy working with them!
Barb and her team are phenomenal. They helped my husband and I with our mortgage process from start to finish. We didn't have a realtor so we had some extra leg work that Barb and her team went the extra mile to assist us with. They kept us informed with weekly updates through the entire process. Barb, Cassie, Kathleen and Kate are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Guild Mortgage!
I had a very great experience with Guild Mortgage. Before I even applied for a pre approval Kate Miller was VERY helpful and informative on the process. She mad me feel confident on pursuing a home. Cassandra was very helpful in the next steps and her communication was great. I recommend guild mortgage. They are very knowledgeable and are great team that can make this confusing process efficient and easy.
They are an amazing team! Kate, Barb, Cass and Kathleen handled our shortened closing like a champ. There were things that came up making us the buyers nervous but somehow their team managed to pull through and still have us close on time. I will def be using them in future buying processes!
