John was excellent to work with. He gave us information on what to work on to raise our credit scores in preparation for applying for the loan. When we were ready for the application process, he walked us through the entire process and was always willing to answer our questions. He made our first home purchase process very smooth.
He delivered on everything he promised.
If I had to do it over again, without a doubt, I would use John.
Our initial loan officer was Jeremy and he was incredible but sadly he left Guild. Our loan was transferred to a man named Xavier who is absolutely horrible. He got political and aggressive during the very first interaction and immediately started pushing us to refinance our home loan despite that not being the reason for the communication. I know Cameron is excellent and so was Jeremy. Hopefully Guild will part ways with Xavier soon but in the meantime, my husband and I are now refinancing our mortgage elsewhere.
