Lisa was wonderful at first and then all communication stopped for weeks. I attempted to contact multiple times through email and phone but it took way too long for a response and none of my questions were answered. For example: my last email to Lisa was on 4/3 and I only received a response today on 4/20 with information I've already received. She stated that she did not receive my emails or voicemail to which I forwarded the emails to her. I have a very hard time believing they just disappeared.
After working with Jason for the past year looking for our new home, we finally put down roots in Danbury NH Jason worked with us as we looked for our new home, he was also there for us, willing to answer any questions, help with documents or information we needed. Jason's hard work helped make it all happen. He was very professional and made the process uncomplicated and perfect. We can't thank him enough.
