Loan officers are great and friendly. Very easy to work with. The customer service once the loan has been funded by Guild Corporate is awful at best. Website for account management is basic and lacks user ability to actually manage the account. Business hours to contact them are when a majority of us work and there is no alternate time to contact them. Just be aware that if you need anything, information, to update info, or change info, you will most likely struggle.
Very good especially Gail nace I am definitely not just saying that because she’s my grandmother but because she is also the broker of our house and she did good👍🏻👍🏻
